Characteristics

Outside tube is made of A36 steel pipe which is to ASTM standard, the inner pipe is made of seamless steel pipe, which is CNC intersecting wire cutting machine is cut, is welded with ROBOT.
Tubular housing in standard flanged sections with one section made by customized
Outside tube complete with welded end flanges, one inlet, one outlet, inspection hatch beneath the first inlet and beneath each intermediate hanger bearing
Helicoid screw flighting is rolled with 6mm manganese plate welded on centre pipe
End bearing is Swedish SKF brand assemblies complete with self-adjusting shaft seal
Splined shaft couplings, Lifting eyelets on each tube section
Maintenance-free aluminium-cast intermediate hanger bearings with self-lubricating slide bushes
Reduced number of components and spare parts
