Characteristics
1.Adopts special tubing for idlers, featuring small radial runout, good ovality and uniform wall thickness.
2.The shaft is made of ultra-high-precision cold-drawn round steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.
3.Equipped with high precision, low-noise double-sealed bearings and KAC3 bearings, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-static and dust-proof performance.
4.The bearing housing is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate, with uniform wall thickness, high precision and no burrs.
5.The idler seal is a double-labyrinth seal, delivering advantages such as dust-proofing, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, cold resistance and anti-static properties.
6.Strict test standards:
- TII dimension: comply with CEMA (North America conveyor standard), not direct ASTM size
- Sealing, runout, balance: align ISO 1940 + ASTM equivalent tolerance
- Export to USA: DTII idler inspected per above ASTM items + CEMA performance
