SNAKE return roller main has three types
Product type
- ***Single straight idler: horizontally arranged.Function: The most basic return support, bearing the weight of the belt and a small amount of sticky materials, with low operating resistance and low cost.
- ***Comb idler: teeth or rubber rings are embedded on the roller surface with gaps reserved.
- Function: Remove sticky materials and prevent belt deviation. The comb teeth scrape off sticky materials on the belt to avoid deviation and belt damage caused by material accumulation.
- ***Spiral idler: steel bars or blades are welded on the roller surface (left-handed / right-handed).
- Function: Efficient material cleaning and anti-deviation. The spiral structure scrapes off sticky materials and generates axial force to restrain belt deviation with long service life.
