Product features

SNAKE brand Belt Conveyor DTII Driving Pulley Features

produced by seamless steel pipe, The whole cutting and welding is finished by automatic machine, and weld the pulley sleeve & disc by using the positioner.
Using a large horizontal lathe to machine the outer circle, ensuring the pulley features uniform wall thickness and low runout.
Adopt C45 round steel and shaft sleeve to machine the integral shaft, ensuring high shaft concentricity and reducing eccentric force on the shaft.
high-quality hot-assembled bearings and bearing blocks with a built-in installation tool. The bearing can be fitted easily without hammering, to prevent damage.
We perform stress relief treatment when the pulley load exceeds 80KN, and conduct static balance inspection when the belt speed is over 2.5m/s.
